  MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  Perform meal preparation and ensure quality is up
  to the hotel standard

  Maintain kitchen hygiene 
  REQUIREMENTS:

  Certificate holder in catering operations or
  relevant disciplines is an advantage  
  -             
  Min. 2 year’s relevant working experience in F&B (experience in hospitality industry
  is preferred) 
  -             
  Knowledge of food preparation  
  -             
  Passionate in food and strong commitment to food
  quality 
  -             
  Good command of spoken English and Cantonese  
  -             
  Shift duty is required 
  -             
  Immediate available is
