Our company is a professional contracting firm which specializes in interior fitting out works. Our main business natures include project management, interior design and interior decoration for large scale projects, etc. we invites applicants for the following posts:

Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager

Requirements:

u  At least five years relevant experience gained from Main Contractors (Fit-out).

u  Responsible for coordinating, supervising and controlling the decoration and fitting-out works.

u  Responsible for overall project management duty: includes design, construction, cost & quality control, programming and ultimately the profitability of the project.

u  Good communication and language skills – both English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus)

u  Ability to work independently and under pressure, responsible, well-organized, hardworking with team spirit

u  Self-motivate, reliable and outstanding problems solving skills

u  Participating in Hotel project or large-scale development project is preferred.

u  Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager, will be responsible for assisting PM for the whole project management, on-site supervise and control the decoration and fitting-out works

u  Station to work in Macau

u  Immediate available will be an advantage

Qualification :   Diploma or higher
