Project Coordinator

Requirements:

u  Diploma or higher in Architectural, Building studies or related discipline.

u  At least 5 years relevant experience in the capacity of project coordinator gained from Main Contractors (Fit-out).

u  Experienced in coordination between design, drawings, and materials for fitting-out works, specially in site work coordination.

u  Familiar with fitting out details, site management, project schedules & budgets.

u  Good communications skills with clients & sub-contractors.

u  Good in spoken and written English and Chinese.

u  Competent use of all types of computer software, e.g. Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Auto CAD etc.

u  Ability to work independently and under pressure, responsible, well-organized, hardworking with team spirit.

u  Self-motivate, reliable and outstanding problems solving skills.

u  Station in Macau.

u  Immediate available will be an advantage.

u  Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Coordinator.
