Commercial Manager

Requirements:

u  Degree / Higher Diploma in Building, Quantity Surveying or equivalent

u  Professional qualification in Quantity Surveying or equivalent is an advantage

u  Minimum 15 years quantity surveying experience in which at least 8 years in managerial level

u  Thorough knowledge and experience in estimating, tendering and post contract activities

u  To liaise with the client and consultants to resolve outstanding commercial and contractual issues

u  Good knowledge of financial management, claims and cost control in Building Contracts

u  Strong negotiation skill, management and interpersonal skill

u  Good commend of written and spoken English and Chinese

u  Computer literacy

u  Working experience in fit-out works is an advantage

u  Immediate availability is an advantage

u  Station in Macau
