(A) The job duties:
Ø      To provide logistic support service to PABX, SNE, DCS field installation and maintenance services including warehouse and spare management.
Ø      To assist Field Supervisor to plan resources for service provision to PABX, LAN, PC, DCS and related work assignment.
Ø      To liaise and coordinate with Sales Department, Field Service Department, vendors, other internal / external parties on handling Integrated Works Control (IWC) projects and resolving fault;
Ø      To generate monthly reports and various statistics for management review.
 
 
 (B) Experience and Knowledge required: 
 
 
Ø      Diploma in Information Technology Engineering or secondary school with 6 years’ relevant experience
Ø      At least 3 years’ solid working experience in Service Management Centre
Ø      Possess technical knowledge including:
     Desktop: Windows, Email, Office applications;
     Knowledge in one or more of the followings:
             Structured Cabling
             LAN
             WAN
             Networking
             PABX system
     Knowledge in IPT, IT, voice system, experience in handling CPE system, Dragon and LIS system will be an advantage:
Ø      Self-motivated and ability to work under pressure
Ø      Excellent customer service skills
Ø      Good interpersonal and communication skills
